5th Dimension – Love – Truth – Emotion/ Heart Flow – the Light Body
As you move into the 5th Dimension your cells, etheric body, and auric field begin a purification process as you fill your Light Body with light and light codes of higher consciousness, and move beyond the massive belief systems and attune to cosmic consciousness. Your emotional and mental bodies move into peace. You begin to see God/Source energy as being a part of you – you see your inner divinity with the presence of your inner divine spark in your heart. You are a creator. Sound, vibration and the law of attraction are important in this dimension. They help you create your reality, and you gain a sense of personal responsibility. You merge your will with Divine will. You have a greater understanding of your blueprint and mission in life.
The Light Body
This is a dimension of the immortal Light Body where there is only love, no fear or suffering. The Light Body, often referred to as the Merkabah, is your energetic aura – a vehicle of light and sacred geometry that electro-magnetically links your multi-dimensional self with the universe. It enables your soul to traverse time, space, and dimension, elevating your consciousness to the next stage of spiritual evolution. It is a bridge between realms, offering profound access to higher knowledge and wisdom, touching every aspect of your existence at the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.
As you embark on the path of spiritual ascension, you will experience various stages of light body activation. By consciously working with your Light Body/Merkabah, you can access higher dimensions of existence and tap into the infinite power of your being. Deep meditation, visualization and prana breathing exercises are powerful techniques that you can use right now to activate your Merkabah and accelerate your spiritual growth and move into your highest potential. Remember, you hold the power to choose the energetic frequency you resonate with. The four transformative stages of light body activation:
1. The Initiation: Awakening Your Inner Self
The first stage of light body activationmarks the beginning of a profound inner awakening as your intuition starts to awaken, prompting deep introspection. You may find yourself questioning your life’s purpose, your path, and your relationships. This is the initial spark of your soul’s yearning to evolve, inviting you to release old patterns and embrace new levels of consciousness.
2. Embracing Universal Love In Your Heart
As you progress, your energetic heart begins to open more deeply, shifting towards unconditional love and compassion. Your heart’s expansion draws you towards like-minded souls who support your growth and encourage you to explore greater levels of empathy, love, and compassion.
3. Unlocking The Language Of Light
As your vibration rises and you begin to shed fear, anxiety, and any mental constructs that once held you back bringing a new sense of peace and clarity. You start to remember your soul’s purpose and are more attuned to divine guidance. Your pineal and pituitary glands activate allowing you to receive higher-dimensional light codes and intuitive knowledge, which many call the language of light – a cosmic language expressed through frequency, light, and vibration, connecting you with higher dimensional guides.
4. Becoming One With Infinite Source
At the final stage of light body activation, you are aware that you are a divine being capable of manifesting abundance, joy, and well-being and are in Oneness and harmony with all and with Source returning to your soul’s original blueprint. This is the ultimate freedom, the essence of who you were always meant to be. By consciously working with the subtle energies within you, you begin to release energy blockages, alleviate pain points, and activate your Merkabah. This sacred process accelerates your spiritual evolution, leading you towards a higher state of consciousness and awakening dormant aspects of your DNA, aligning you with your soul’s true essence.
The Pearlescent Ray of the Light Body
The 10th divine ray – the Pearlescent Ray of the Light Body, encodes patterns of Divinity into the physical body creating deeper soul integration and expansion of light in the Light Body. This ray awakens dormant DNA, and multi-dimensional memories to help you understand your true divinity. It propels ascension and expansion into infinite Love. It places focus on acceptance of the new paradigm and merging with your Higher Self. It helps you reach a state of balance and harmony within oneself, and with the world.
Visualization to Activate Light Body with the Pearlescent Ray
Close your eyes and visualize a “volume knob” on your mind and “turn the volume down” on your mental chatter, and do the same with a knob on your emotional noise. Quietly feel your energy descend deep within, into a state of inner calm and stillness. Allow your body to relax with rhythmical breathing.
Now visualize the Pearlescent Ray showers down on you infusing your Crown chakra with its Light that descends and penetrates to your heart with its pearlescent illumination. Feel your heart flow with the warmth and light of joy and love, like the warmth of sunlight on your skin. This light radiates out from your heart to encase you fully in its luminous glow. You feel your body shift into light particles as you become this light. You allow yourself to feel the serenity and peace of just sitting in this state of light and love. You are Love-light. You are aware that you feel like light particles suspended in the air, and you feel a pleasurable lightness to your being. You feel at one with all creation in stillness and bliss. Remember the feeling of this state of being-ness. Gradually return to the awareness of your physical body, and when you are ready, open your eyes.
Merkabah
The Merkabah is an Egyptian word meaning light (mer), spirit (ka), and body (bah). It is a star tetrahedron composed of two equally sized tetrahedrons (a tetrahedron has all four faces that are equilateral triangles), one facing up and the other down. The star tetrahedron is a geometric representation of the human body, of male and female, and of heaven and Earth.
As a tool, the Merkabah activates and enhances the Light Body. It is an ancient symbol representing a vehicle of ascension, that protects the aura while clearing the light field. It enables us to experience expanded awareness, and it restores our memories of our being’s infinite possibilities. This sacred symbol stabilizes and revives the two sides of the brain, representing the unity of the finite within the infinite.
Examining it more closely, the Merkabah is a crystalline electromagnetic energy field resembling a 3D version of the Star of David that extends around the body for about 55 feet. The two interlocking tetrahedrons represent male and female energy in perfect balance. The tetrahedron facing up (toward the sun) is male, and represents the mental body and is electrical in nature and rotates to the left. The tetrahedron facing down (towards the earth) is female, and represents the emotional body and is magnetic in nature, and rotates to the right. We have a physical body, a mental body, and an emotional body, and they all have Star Tetrahedral shapes that are superimposed over each other. The physical body, however, is locked and does not rotate. There is a vertical tube that runs through the main chakras in the body that connects the apexes of this Star Tetrahedral shape. With intention and breathing, the fields rotate activating the Merkabah. These geometric energy fields normally spin around our bodies at close to the speed of light, but for most of us they have slowed down or stopped spinning entirely due to a lack of attention and use. When this field is reactivated and spinning properly it takes on the look of a galaxy or UFO flying saucer, and is a time-space vehicle.
The Merkabah represents the vehicle of spiritual ascension and transformation, a symbol of the journey from the material world to higher states of consciousness. In spiritual terms, the Merkabah represents the union of the soul in Oneness with Source. The Merkabah also serves as a reminder that spiritual growth requires balance—between the material and spiritual, the masculine and feminine, and the inner and outer worlds. By aligning with the divine geometry of the Merkabah, the practitioner seeks to achieve a state of harmony and unity, elevating their consciousness to a higher frequency.
Visualization for Activating Your Merkabah
To activate your Merkabah – visualize the Star Tetrahedron and the vertical tube running through it overlaying your body. Breathe in a rhythmical gentle cycle visualizing your breath running down the tube energizing your chakras as it travels through them from your Crown chakra down through your Root chakra.
Visualize cosmic energy flowing down through your Crown chakra to your Heart chakra.
Visualize earth energy flowing up through your Root chakra to your Heart chakra.
Visualize the cosmic and earth energy in your Heart chakra unite to form a ball of Light.
With each inhale and exhale expand this ball of Light to surround your body.
Place the intention that the rotating fields of the Merkabah begin to spin activating your Merkabah (upward pointing male tetrahedron spins to the left, downward pointing female tetrahedron spins to the right).
Heart Flow and Harmony
Once you have reached this plane you have pierced through the veil of unconsciousness. To experience this dimension your heart needs to be open, allowing for a flow of pure energy. You move from polarity and separateness to Oneness and Unity. Feminine and masculine unite in harmony. Love becomes your truth. You think Love, you feel Love, you ARE Love. You have overwhelming impressions of love, appreciation, gratitude, and compassion in your heart. Mastering your emotions moves you towards 6D. As your Light Body resonates with more light new neuro light pathways form in your heart. Your heart then attracts the light of others. You begin to see others as beings of light.
5D Mission
When in the 5th Dimension, your ego needs to get re-balanced to the understanding that you are a divine being. Your ego’s understanding of you needs to get upgraded and updated. The task in the 5th dimension is to explore your beliefs and stretch into higher-vibrational possibilities by connecting with the love of Spirit. Anchor love in your heart and to the heart of the planet. Connecting your heart and mind will guide you into a higher reality in which beauty and harmony prevail. By holding light in the heart, and anchoring higher vibrations, your presence becomes purposeful in shaping a brighter future – and assisting the ascension process for the Earth and humanity.
