“Imagine that you are walking down the aisle of a great cathedral. Grand windows on both sides llow treams of sunlight to pour down upon the white stone floor. Large crystals in the tall windows split the sunbeams into colored rays of the rainbow which fan out along the long expanse of the aisle creating pools of color. It is magnificent to gaze upon!
“You walk down the aisle eager to experience standing in the colors and begin by stepping into the pool of brilliant red color. You hear a deep resonant sound as if the cathedral organ struck a deep bass note. You feel the vibrations move through your body from your feet up. You open your senses to any images or other sensations that come to you. What do you experience?
“When this feels complete you step into the next pool of color – a radiant orange. You hear the organ strike a low note, one that is slightly higher than the bass note. This note resonates throughout the cathedral filling the space. You stand there absorbing the color with your body and notice any other sensations or images that come to you. What do you experience?
“You step forward now into a pool of vibrant yellow light like sunshine. You hear a gong resonate a slightly higher note than the previous one. You let the yellow saturate you and allow any sensations or images to come to you. What do you experience?
“You now move forward into a yellow-green pool of light. You hear a crystal bowl resonating at a slightly higher note. The color refreshes you with a feeling of newness to you. You are open to receiving any other sensations or images that radiate from this spring green color. What do you experience?
“Moving forward you now step into a rich green pool of light. You hear a note slightly higher plucked on a harp that repeatedly echoes. You receive any other sensations or images from this rich color. What do you experience?
“Next, you move into a blue-green pool of light like turquoise water. The harp begins to pluck a higher resonating note that echoes throughout the cathedral. You absorb this color and any accompanying sensations or images. You are taking note of information you are receiving through the images and different sensations, some colors your body responds to as if thirsty for that color. What do you experience?
“Now you move into a serene blue pool of light. You hear a chord emanating from a choir and you listen to its clear sound as it resonates into the vastness of the cathedral. You allow any information from the color to come to you. What do you experience?
“You now step into a cobalt blue pool of light and the choir hits a slightly higher note. The sound floats in the air like a mysterious dreamy sound. You take in information you perceive from this color. What do you experience?
“You proceed down the aisle stepping into a resplendent indigo pool of light. You hear a chime vibrate – awakening some inner sense. You allow this color to bring you images. What do you experience?
“You now step into a violet pool of light. You hear a clear high note as from a bell that rises into the lofty cathedral. You stand there absorbing the color with your body and notice any sensations or images that come to you. What do you experience?
“You step out onto the white floor and hear the harmonious chords of all combined – you feel the white sparkling light of all your higher etheric chakras uplifting you into a divine harmony. You pivot around looking back down the aisle of colors and reflect on all the sensations, images, information, and insights you received.”
