About Your Ancestors –
Your ancestors are your roots, and your spiritual benefactors who have a duty to be protectors of your family and to help you. They can also assist you in connecting to higher spiritual knowledge and consciousness. Your ancestors exist not only in the genes passed down through the generations, but also in an energetic pattern of thoughts, emotions, illnesses, and karma, which can affect every part of a person’s life. Ancestral healing can transform energetic patterns with a vibrational shift in the entire ancestral line. We do not realize that whatever has been done, felt, or thought, is within our DNA.
As you clear ancestral lineage you also clear energies for the Earth, because the Earth holds the Akashic records for all the time lines that happen here. This clearing work also literally changes the “past,” and assists in the creation of the new Earth, by clearing destructive residues and collective psychic wounds that afflict mankind – and all beings on Earth. Ancestors also are waiting to share their wisdom and be honored, and to be healed. Our healing is their healing. If there are virtues we feel we are lacking in this life, we can find them with our ancestors – such as courage, peace, strength, intuition, and patience.
About Ancestral Healing –
Ancestral healing is the process of healing generational trauma, emotional burdens, and spiritual wounds passed down through your family lineage that can appear as recurring relationship struggles, health issues, or emotional blocks. This practice involves addressing unresolved issues that have been carried through generations, leading to a deeper understanding and healing of both personal and collective pain. Ancestral healing is about transforming inherited patterns of behavior and emotions into opportunities for growth, peace, and well-being.
Recognizing these patterns is the first step in healing them. When you understand the depth of the inherited wounds, and the core issue, you are better equipped to release them. You can transform ancestral pain into a source of strength, and be free to have peace and balance in your life. Any healing that you encounter, will heal your ancestral lineage as well.

Ancestral Healing with Lady Portia
To prepare – sit in a relaxed position in a place where you will not be disturbed, quiet your mind and emotions, and let yourself settle into quiet stillness. Just breathe regularly for several minutes, and allow your imagination to move you through this guided meditation.
Imagine you are walking through a field of golden grass and you see a majestic tree in the distance. As you approach the tree you notice its deep secure roots that anchor it to the earth, and its lofty branches that reach heavenward creating a beautiful canopy overhead. You sit at the base of this great tree with your back up against the trunk. You feel the heartbeat of the tree and take in its aroma. You listen to the leaves rustling in the breeze, and feel the bark of the sturdy roots beneath you.
You gradually feel you are the tree with your spine strong like the trunk, feeling the current of life force energy moving along its column. Feel the roots of your spine as it sinks deeply within the coolness of Mother Earth. Feel any heavy energies of thoughts or emotions within you drain down into the ground. You feel purified and so light that you could float into the air. You feel a gentle flow of energy moving up your spine from the heart of Earth to the tips of your branches reaching for the warm golden light of Father sky. Like the alignment between feminine and masculine, earth and sky, this energy rejuvenates you along this alignment with your parents. You are lovingly supported by your Mother Earth and cherished with her love. You are also strong and secure even as your branches reach towards the light of Father Sky in the wind.
You feel the presence of someone standing nearby and open your eyes to see a woman with blond hair wearing a pastel violet robe and veil. Her kind eyes are filled with love and wisdom. She introduces herself as Lady Portia. She sits down next to you and tells you that you are sitting with the Ancestral Healing Tree. She is here to help you bring healing to your ancestral lineage. Lady Portia offers to guide you – so close your eyes and follow her on this inner journey.
Lady Portia declares that the maternal side of your family of many generations is surrounding you now. You begin to sense the mothers of the past as they stand around you, and their strengths and weaknesses that you may have inherited, as well as areas that need healing. You feel them telepathically speaking to you and relaying this information to you that is of importance now. You reflect on this information about your maternal line. Now one of the female ancestors steps forward with an issue that needs healing on the maternal side of the ancestral line. You take her hands and listen to her speak about this issue as you connect heart to heart. Lady Portia infuses you both in a column of light from the Violet Ray of Freedom that transmutes and transforms, releasing the issue. See this issue dissolve. Then your female ancestor extends both of her hands out palms up. In her right hand she holds the awareness of a skill that you have inherited from the maternal side. What is that skill? In her left hand she holds a gift from the maternal side for you. What is this gift? Take a moment to comprehend all that you have received, and thank your female ancestor for the gifts. She and your other female ancestors, step to the side as your male ancestors now appear around you.
You sense the fathers of the past and their strengths and weaknesses that you may have inherited, as well as areas that need healing. You feel them telepathically speaking to you and relaying this information to you that is of importance now. You reflect on this information about your paternal line. Now one of the male ancestors steps forward with an issue that needs healing on the paternal side of the ancestral line. You take his hands and listen to him speak about this issue as you connect heart to heart. Your male ancestor nods approvingly at this conclusion.
Now, all your female and male ancestors form a circle around you, and your “family tree.” You feel a sense of celebration, and togetherness, as you are surrounded by their love, wisdom, and support. You take a moment to gaze into each of their faces as you feel the solidarity around you, and the expanding joy in your heart. You feel the pulsing heartbeat of Mother Earth beneath you, and the light of Father Sky shining down upon you. A deep connection is felt within the family circle – like a deep crimson blood streaming its life energy in a circuit. You are rejuvenated, and supported by the strength found here with your ancestors, and they have gained your loving connection and healing as well.
