A MESSAGE FROM ADAMA – Lemurian Spiritual Leader of Telos
About Adama, Telos, and Lemuria
Adama is the High Priest — the spiritual leader in the sacred Lemurian city of Light called Telos beneath Mount Shasta, CA. He is the head of the Lemurian Council of Light in Telos. Also, an ambassador and diplomat for Galactic contacts with our Star Brothers and Sisters, on behalf of humanity within and on the surface of the globe. Adama, along with his Lemurian team and various galactic and interplanetary beings, are also in charge of the creation and maintenance of the crystalline light grid around this planet. Adama is a Blue Ray ascended master of universal level, a master of Love and Compassion, assisting humanity and the planet with the ascension project and evolutionary shift. Adama embodies the “Heart of Lemuria” which is nothing less than the heart of love and compassion and the heart of the Divine Mother, the return of the Christ consciousness on this planet with all its wondrous magnificence.
Lemuria was an ancient civilization centered in emotional and spiritual dimensions that sunk beneath the Pacific Ocean thousands of years ago near Hawaii and Polynesia. About 20,000 survivors of Lemuria had moved prior to the sinking to Telos, which they had built with the permission of the Agarthans. The ruling king and queen of present Telos is Ra and Rana Mu. After thousands of years of isolation they are preparing to come to the surface. Telos has now become the main headquarters for ascension on this planet, and Adama is one of the main leaders, along with the planetary Christ, Lord Maitreya, Lord Sananda, Lord Buddha, Sanat Kumara, and so many others.

Adama and Light-coded portraits with crystals
I connected with Adama to get an updated message from him that would be helpful to us, but also to get a better glimpse of him since I will be doing his portrait. He will be placing light codes in my painting that will resonate his energy. (Apparently this has become a new project for me. So far, I’ve painted Hilarion and Lakshmi with added light codes. More will follow.) He has asked me to include a Lemurian Quartz with the painting, so that will be added. Here is the portrait. Adama’s Message
I asked Adama to give me an update on Lemurian activity, and a message that he feels is important for us, as follows.
Current mission
“We are working on building the energy in the Earth’s crystalline grid for the New Earth. We are anchoring the downloads of higher vibrational energy for this purpose, and working along with the Pleiadians, Agarthans, Sidhe, and nature spirits. The earth is clearing and shifting to better ascend and we are following Gaia’s guidance.”
Create relationships and a Heart Network
“I feel it is important for all to bring their focus to heart expansion. To achieve this, you first need to have a strong energy connection with your heart and soul and do some inner explorative work. Once you have a better understanding of who you are and all your gifts, then you can extend this heart energy in connection to others, and even into other realms. You establish a relationship – which is an extension and connection made from your heart, and nurtured and strengthened by energy exchange – talking, loving, nurturing, respecting. Creating and building relationships is an important focus now because with every relationship you build, it is added to previous relationships that all form a heart network. In this way you have extended your own heart relationship to others to gradually build a community of heart relationships. Continue to move outwards in your relationship building.
You can start to create heartfelt relationships with your Higher Self, a spirit guide in the form of an angel, Elohim, star being, Lemurian, Agarthan, Sidhe, nature spirit or even an ancestor. Start a relationship with a tree in your yard, your garden, crystals, etc. This is ultimately the heart network. This is the foundation of the New Earth and the Golden Age.

Lemurian Quartz Seed Crystal
Adama requested a Lemurian Quartz crystal be placed into his artwork, and so I reconnected to my crystal at home. I had previously connected to this crystal for my newest card deck – Spirits of the Crystal Kingdom II, and had made a card for this crystal (the information you will see below.) The spirit of the crystal was consistent to my previous connections, and I saw this spirit as a Lemurian woman/goddess. When asked how the crystal serves the world she answered “I enhance the heart to help it be a bountiful heart. I soothe old emotional wounds, purify, and help you to see your sparkling inner gifts. I bring peace, joy, love, and nurturing energy to you.”
Every time I connect to this crystal, I receive a soothing, blissful, and relaxed feeling that flows like a balm to the soul within me. I highly recommend connecting to the spirits of these crystals. Here is more information from my previous connections.
