HEART SYNC
Perfectly timed for Valentine’s Day – a time where we focus on loving relationship. Love is a powerful universal force full of divine intelligence and healing power. We can connect to it deep in our hearts where our soul information and divine spark reside. This is our power. Now we need to move forward with it and manifest the higher plan and our higher potential!
As you know, I am already working with ascended masters, angels, star beings from the Pleiades, Venus, Sirius, and the Agarthans, the Sidhe, and the elementals. Over the past few months I have received messages from them regarding the importance of us assimilating the higher frequencies coming onto the planet. A couple of weeks ago, I had received communication from two beings from a different galaxy! This was new! They expressed a similar concern that humanity needed to actively sync with the higher frequencies in order for the divine plan of our evolutionary shift to truly manifest …or we would end up with a lesser version of the plan. This requires us to move into the love energy of our hearts and sync with the higher vibrations…and radiate it into the world…to sync together with the love vibration – the highest healing power we have…to heal humanity and the planet. For those of us who are actively moving into our higher levels and syncing with the higher energies we can help those who are trying to find their way – by helping them to see their light, and spreading compassion into the world. What is this divine plan we are talking about? The evolutionary shift where we all move up into a higher level of living – where we live from our hearts and use that power to heal and transform ourselves and the world into a better place – one where equality, healing, abundance, creativity, innovation, peace, and love reside for all. It is referred to as the “New Earth” (a 5th dimensional version where love presides), the “Aquarian Age”, the new evolutionary shift.
Before something physically manifests it exists as an idea – an energy of consciousness. This divine plan exists now as an energetic blueprint. A deva in nature is the architect that creates a blueprint of what is desired to be created – and the elementals are the workers that manifest from that blueprint (with the qualities of fire, water, earth, air, ether). Be like a deva! What we are being asked to do now is to move into our higher selves and sync our hearts with the higher frequencies and live from there! Radiate that energy into this energetic blueprint so that it will successfully manifest – for humanity and the planet’s well-being. When we send love from our hearts, we create relationship to the receiver of our love. Imagine that when you send love from your heart the energy travels down your arm and hand to the recipient and creates an energetic connection. A relationship is formed. We can send love to a human, a plant, an animal, a tree, a rock, the earth. In fact, we need to connect much more with nature now, especially with our over dependence on technology. We need to be kept in balance, and nature will help us to reconnect to ourselves and earth intelligence, with respect for all.
The following meditation is perfect for Valentine’s Day – and is a great meditation to do daily as we consciously focus on our heart connections and syncing with the higher frequencies. Let’s actively do our part. I think we will be pleasantly amazed at our results as we actively move into living as our higher selves!
HEART SYNC MEDITATION
1. Move deep into your heart … your heart sanctuary…and sync with the higher vibrations there. FEEL your heart light radiating there and let it expand.
2. Extend into your alignment up into the higher divine frequencies: Feel yourself uplift from your heart with the higher frequencies and connect with divine intelligence found within the higher light energy. Actually, feel yourself connect with that intelligence, and feel the love there.
3. Extend into your alignment down into the higher earth frequencies: COnnect with earth’s intelligence and really feel the love there. Anchor higher frequencies into your reality by anchoring to the earth.
4. Travel through a landscape and connect from your heart: Imagine travelling around your yard – and then actually do so! As you walk around you send love down your arm and hand to a tree – feel the loving connection take place. Feel yourself sync with those vibrations present in the tree. Once you feel that connection, move on to another tree, or flower, plants, animals, humans, etc. With each one you are feeling the loving connection take place, and feeling the energetic merging of energy fields. YOU ARE CREATING A NETWORK OF LOVING ONENESS. Give yoursel ftime to feel this network. You are sharing a healing power and building a stronger network for all to heal and grow.
5. Sending love energy into the new consciousness blueprint: Imagine sending energy into the blueprint for the highest transformation for all – for the highest good for all. Visualize supporting this network and sustaining it with your love energy. We are all part of this loving network – it is the foundation for the “New Earth” and our highest achievements.
