This meditation will help infuse you with Light to raise your frequency, as you connect your heart in alignment to the heart of the Earth, the Cosmos, and the fifth dimension of Love and Light.
Relax your body and close your eyes as you settle into quiet stillness. Imagine you have a volume knob on your mental chatter and turn that down to zero, quieting your mind. Now imagine you have a volume knob on your emotional noise and turn that down to zero, quieting your emotions. Know that energy follows intention, so use your imagination to help you visualize and manifest during this mediation.
Focus your energy into your heart and breathe deeply. Know that in the fifth dimension, your consciousness is anchored in your heart. Experience that reality as a deep sense of unconditional love and connection to All that Is and deep peace.
Invoke the White-Blue Ray of Oneness to infuse you in a column of pure white light that pours down through your aura and your body, instantly raising your vibration higher as it brings enlightenment. This ray is white with crystalline patterns and a blue sheen – like snow. This ray anchors your Higher Self into your body. Visualize the light flowing down from an infinite source above you through your Galactic chakra portal, through your energy and down through your Earth Star chakra, straight down into the Earth below, into the core crystal at the heart of Mother Earth, Gaia, where you are grounded. This brings you into vertical alignment with all-that-is-above, and all-that-is-below. As you are connected to Gaia’s heart, feel the deep unconditional love of the Earth Mother coming up to you, through the Earth Star chakra and into your heart. Hold that love in your heart, and know that you are deeply loved and nurtured by the Earth Mother, and that you are in alignment with the Divine Will (evolutionary plan) for the Earth.
As you are grounded, place the intention that all the energy you have given away, or left behind you, now returns to you. Feel your energy returning to your energy field from all directions: above, below, front, back, left, right. Your aura becomes brighter and stronger as your energy returns to you. Welcome your power back as it returns to you.
The glow of Love expands from your heart and enfolds you in this pillar of Light. Continue to move the energy up your body, through the physical chakras and up through the Higher Crown chakra into the Soul Star chakra that is located a foot above the head. Here, you connect with your Soul and your “I AM” presence, as it anchors into your physical form. Here you can also connect with your purpose for being here now – your Soul Mission – and with your divine essence qualities. Feel the unconditional love and beauty of your soul as you align with your higher purpose for this lifetime.
Now visualize this Light energy moving upwards through your Divine Creativity, Soul Portal, and Galactic chakras, ascending to the Great Cosmic Heart of the universe – Adonis. Feel the deep unconditional love of the Cosmic Heart surrounding you and drawing that radiant light energy back down to connect to your heart. Hold that love in your heart and know that you are deeply loved and nurtured by the Cosmic Father, and that you are in alignment with the Divine Will for the cosmos.
Visualize now being infused with the Diamond Ray of Multi-Universal Service – it is a healing ray of transcendence using rainbow fire. As it showers you with its shimmering energy visualize it bringing you any color your body needs for healing. Next, visualize any disconnected strands of DNA reconnecting you as spirals of light in every cell activate, allowing you to be the multi-dimensional master who you truly are. Feel a sense of reconnection and rejuvenation within your body.
Now, visualize being infused with the Gold-Opal Ray of Unity Consciousness. See yourself being showered with a golden glittery opalescent light that infuses your entire body and aura with its brilliance. This light will help you manifest your higher potential, and activate your ascension, as it places you in a bubble of protection.
You are now aligned with Divine Will, for yourself, the Earth, and the Cosmos. When you are in this alignment, mediating between Heaven and Earth, you will find it a simple matter to be grounded in to the fifth dimensional timeline and to experience the energies of peace, calm, abundance, and unconditional love. You have reconnected to your energy and revitalized it. Your light shines forth. Life will shift into simplicity and clarity as you follow the divine guidance or impulse that will come to you on this new timeline of grace and love, and from these sources of intelligence of Heaven and Earth, and your own inner wisdom.
