In Greek Mythology
Helios is the Greek god of the Sun, personifying the Sun itself. To the ancient Romans he was known as Sol. He is often depicted driving a chariot across the sky, bringing light to the world each day. Helios is the son of the Titans Hyperion and Theia, and he is associated with various epithets such as Hyperion (“the one above”) and Phaethon (“the shining”). In addition to being the sun god, Helios is also regarded as a guardian of oaths and is known for his all-seeing nature and constancy, as he witnesses everything that happens on Earth daily. To the Grecians, his daily journey begins in the east (Ethiopia) and ends in the west (Hesperides).
Beyond the Myth
Helios is a living consciousness of the Sun that we can connect with today for empowerment. He is the Solar Logos for this galaxy. Solar Logos is a term used to describe the deity that governs an entire solar system, of which the Sun is the outermost manifestation. He and his twin flame, Hestia, regulate the activities of the sun, sustain the physical solar system, and guide the spiritual evolution of each planet. The solar flares coming from the sun are direct light emanations from their hearts, compelling you to raise your consciousness to new levels of love, wisdom, empowerment, and self-awareness. They shine light on one’s inner truth and divinity until your inner sun radiates as powerfully as the sun (in your Solar Plexus chakra). In this way, they help to bridge humanity with their divine essence, and purify by fire any beliefs and thoughts that prevent them from acknowledging that essence, and be empowered. They raise the inner-flame within to enhance self-esteem, and self-confidence, so that their inner golden worth is revealed to them, and the light of their truth.
Hestia
His twin flame is Hestia (Vesta to the Romans) considered the Goddess of the Hearth who reflects Truth. Lady Hestia directed the Oracles of Delphi at Mount Parnassus in ancient Greece where they channeled divine and sacred truths. The Oracle used the Flame of Truth that Hilarion brought from Atlantis to Mount Parnassus, which was under the direction of Athena, before she ascended. Lady Hestia is now the Lady Master of the 13th divine ray – the Copper-Gold Ray of Solar Service. The Copper-Gold Ray shines its fiery light to motivate you to continue to grow and transform into your higher potential.

Solar-Plexus Chakra
Your Solar Plexus chakra located behind your navel is your center of personal power, self-esteem, and mental clarity, and radiates a bright yellow color. Your self-esteem and your mental beliefs can inhibit your inner power and weaken your inner-strength. Helios and Hestia can enhance your Solar Plexus Chakra energy by bringing all of these golden attributes to enhance your “inner sun” found within this chakra, until you glow with golden light as powerful as their own. In this way, you are empowered with an inner strength that enables you to take action on your path with a strong understanding of your divine worth. The Sun receives divine energy from the Great Central Sun (Sirus) and that divine energy is radiated to you and your own inner divine sun that contains your divine spark – your piece of divine Source energy and strengthens its glow. Now you can shine like a sun!
About the Solar System
Since Helios governs the solar system, here is a bit more information on what that includes. The Solar System includes the Sun, Central Sun, Great Central Sun, and Grand Central Sun (Creator Source). Suns are like batteries of the universe. The Grand Central Sun distributes to the Great Central Sun, the Central Suns, and the Sun in our galaxy. The wattage of each Sun has a different resonate power and frequency that is right for the level of learning that its particular solar system needs for growth. Stars, Suns, and Central Suns are energetic portals that help to illuminate their portion of the universe with the Creator’s loving light and information encoded in the light. So, we are all connected to Source.
The Great Central Sun in our galaxy is Sirius. It radiates energy to a larger network of Central Suns. Our immediate Central Sun is Alcyone, the brightest star in the Pleiades cluster in the constellation of Taurus. Our sun is in constant communication with Alcyone passing information, energy, and insights on to the development of ascending collectives in this part of the galaxy. When our Sun gets closer to Alcyone consciousness ascends, and as it moves further away, a period of darkness results.
Meditating with the Sun’s energy
I have found a quick enhancement is to simply go outside, face the sun, and imagine the sun’s rays are radiating into my Solar Plexus chakra. Even within a minute, I feel a golden glow, or soft yellow-white light, depending on the day, infuses my Solar Plexus chakra. I emotionally feel a confidence growing. I am actually receiving light codes from the Sun. Light carries information. So, even in just a minute – I’ve boosted my inner power.

My sunlight is the reflection of a greater love from the Great Central Sun. The Great Central Sun is found in the center of the Milky Way galaxy which is about a 100,000 light years wide. It is a multi-dimensional spiritual and physical energy field that is responsible for the creation of all life and all spiritual development. It is the Source of the highest divine energy – the Spiritual Sun behind the physical Sun. You are connected to the Great Central Sun by an etheric energy cord. This sunlight is a link to your soul and your soul purpose. Allow this light to enter your Heart Chakra and descend to your Solar Plexus Chakra in your stomach area. There you feel the golden radiant warmth of your internal sun that reflects the divine energy of the Great Sun. It is your pilot light that empowers you.
