Lady Portia is the twin flame of St. Germain. He is an ascended master and “Keeper of the Violet Flame of Freedom,” and sponsor of the United States of America. She is “Keeper of the Sacred Heart Flame” – the feminine aspect of the Violet Flame. The Violet Flame frees you by transmuting your energy of anything that is preventing your higher potential from manifesting. The Violet Flame of Freedom is the 7th divine ray, followed by the Aquamarine Ray of Transcendence (a violet-seafoam green mix) – the 8th divine ray.
Like St. Germain, she works as a spiritual alchemist turning an incarnate soul to an ascended soul, and turning dreams into a reality. She is also a seeker of freedom, creativity, justice, and helps you to move into your higher potential.
She is also considered to be the Goddess of Justice, and helps humanity in balancing love, wisdom, justice, and mercy and in creating harmony. She helps you raise the energy in the heart, so that you are less judgmental of yourself and others, and more compassionate, forgiving, and merciful. She inspires you to be all that you can be by stepping into your power, to live your dream and fulfill your life’s purpose.
She helps to bring Divine Feminine energy to the Earth to balance the overly masculine energy and create harmony. She encourages women to step into their power to find success and achievement in their chosen field or path. As Goddess of Justice, she brings grace and justice and can assist with any legal matters.
Lady Portia is the Lady Master of The Aquamarine Ray of Transcendence which creates a deeper cleansing and transmutation from the Violet Ray. It can be considered a Ray of Cleansing, Justice, Balance, and Opportunity. It is a combination of the Violet Ray of Freedom, the Green Ray of Healing, and the White Ray of Purity. This ray feels very soothing, as if it clears away irritating elements and leaves a “minty clean” type of feeling that is rejuvenating. It helps to cleanse and heal the four bodies – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual – and bring clarity of daily experience. True service comes about through the application of Divine Love and Wisdom from the heart, with free will. This ray purifies the heart and mind on a deep level – clearing doubt, old emotional wounds, and removing any blocks and old beliefs that held you back and diminished your inner power. With all this debris cleared, your inner light can shine and guide you on your path. This ray is a continuation of the transmutation and transformation with the Violet Flame into the transcendence with the Aquamarine Ray.

MEDITATION: Cleansing within the Aquamarine Ray
Sit in a relaxed position where you will not be disturbed. Imagine there is a volume control knob on your mental chatter – you turn that down to zero. There is also a volume control knob on your emotional noise – you turn that down to zero. Breathe and let yourself settle into stillness and peace. Use your imagination to transport you in this meditation.
Lady Portia guides you to a beautiful waterfall that cascades into a pool of aquamarine water. The water sparkles in the sunlight inviting you to enter. You step into the cool refreshing water and stand under the waterfall. You feel the cool aquamarine water pour over you washing away any inner and outer debris. The water powerfully moves deep within your heart and mind and purifies any old wounds or harsh thoughts that have weighed you down. Feel it clear any blocks as its beautiful light moves through you and frees you of the pain, judgement, anger, doubt, sadness, worry, fear, resentment, and/or disappointment that you may have been harboring within you. Feel the cleansing and liberation.
You step forward out of the rush of water and feel a gentle, feminine mist refresh you bringing a sense of peace and serenity. The mist gives you a tingling glow on your skin. You see the aquamarine ray of light radiates out through the water – as it has been the force within it all along. This ray of light has revealed your own inner soul light. Your inner essence now radiates your unique light and flows from your heart with grace. You feel buoyantly light, as if you could levitate above the waterfall. You now know that you can come here anytime to be refreshed and transcended.
