Dark Moon Meditation Kit

The Dark Moon meditation kit provides you the tools to create your own meditation ceremony for the Waning Crescent Moon and Dark Moon phases.  This kit can be used at times when you wish to purify and clear old energy, especially before you meditate to access inner wisdom, inspiration, and higher guidance.  It is also useful for times when you are completing a project, or bringing closure to something significant in your life.

The Dark Moon meditation kit includes 2 votive candles (green and black), sandalwood incense cones, and 2 crystals – Black Agate and Labradorite, and a booklet of information with exercises and ceremony ideas. The votive candles and crystals will help focus and enhance your energy during meditation.  The Sandalwood incense aids meditation, clears negative energy, helps manifest your intentions, and links heaven and earth.

This is a time for Release – Reflection – Rest – Wisdom.  This time is associated with the Crone aspect of the Triple Goddess, Maiden-Mother-Crone.  The Crone represents inspiration, hidden knowledge in the form of mystic insight, repose, and wisdom.

The Waning Crescent Moon follows the last quarter moon and is associated with Autumn, and the Water Element that purifies and cleanses.   Like the leaves that fall from the trees, it is a time of release, to clear negative energies and stress from your life, and a time of endings and closure.  It is about retraction and withdrawing energy.

The Dark Moon is the deepest, darkest night when the moon disappears for three nights before the New Moon.  It’s associated with the Earth Element and the season of Winter.  It is a time of stillness, rest, meditation, introspection, and contemplation.  It is a time of release from any shadows or darkness within that diminish your light.
