Selene – Goddess Aromatherapy Amulet

This Selene Goddess Aromatherapy Amulet is made of polymer clay and crystal beads, as well as a lava bead on which you can place essential oils for aromatherapy.  The necklace cord is 24 inches long with a lobster clasp.  The amulet comes on an information card.  Amulet is about 1.25 inches wide by 2 inches long.

Information on the card:  In ancient Greek mythology and religion, Selene, meaning “Moon” is the goddess and the personification of the Moon.  Also known as Mene, she is traditionally the daughter of the Titans Hyperion and Theia, and the sister of the sun god Helios and the dawn goddess Eos.  She drives her moon chariot across the heavens and controls the cycles and movement of the moon and its feminine energy.  She is often identified with Artemis, much as her brother, Helios, was identified with Apollo.  Her Roman equivalent is Luna.
