I connected with Adama – the spiritual leader of the Lemurians in Telos under Mt. Shasta concerning the Autumn Equinox on Sept. 23rd. We have been nudged up to a higher level with the downloads of higher consciousness we have been receiving and our journey through the Lion’s Gate portal last August 8. We have been receiving higher wisdom that enlightens us helping us to comprehend more of who we really are, and our role in creating the New Earth. Adama feels it is important for us now to work with the Higher Heart chakra – where we connect to Divine Love to discern higher truth and wisdom. Divine Love reveals Truth. It is also about sharing that wisdom compassionately with others and allowing this wisdom to enlighten the hearts of all souls – that they may comprehend their uniqueness and current mission. The Higher Heart clarifies intention from our truth, and by embracing the new wisdom with our heart – we can begin to manifest this truth in our lives.
Most importantly besides receiving higher wisdom, is moving into higher dimensions of the heart. The heart is key to all creative innovation of the New Earth and Golden Age – but also ascension. Now it is time to explore the new ideas, concepts, and expanded love that our hearts are receiving. Now is the time to buoyantly rise with the joy of Higher Love found in our Higher Heart and rise up to the wise and loving perspective found in the higher realms.

Sit comfortably in a place where you will not be disturbed, and allow your emotional and mental chatter to quiet, until you are sitting in stillness.
Imagine that you have stepped into a beautiful rose garden that feels like a sacred sanctuary. As you walk through the garden you hear wind chimes tinkling in the breeze dangling from nearby tree branches. This gentle music is accompanied by a small fountain that bubbles cheerfully in the center surrounded by pink roses that offer their sweet floral scent. You sit on one of the marble benches nearby to take in the glorious musical harmony, and you close your eyes to focus on their effect.
You hear the gentle jingle of chimes, a soft buzzing of a bee, and the rustle of leaves, which shifts your focus to a soft breeze – the vital breath of life. You imagine that this breeze flows throughout the garden, shifting direction spontaneously and freely. You visualize this breeze gliding through your heart – like a powerful wind of change that has the power to change landscapes. It changes your inner landscape by whisking away any fear, guilt, worry, doubt, shame, or anger. Your heart begins to feel “free as a bird”, unrestricted with the heavy weight of negative thoughts and emotions. You feel light and free! You feel your heart fill with compassion, forgiveness, and hope.
You feel uplifted into the air born on a breeze like a magic carpet ride. You flow with the breeze, slipping between the leaves, swirling to the tops of the trees, and jangling the chimes hanging in the trees. You rustle the leaves of the rose bushes, and lightly skim across the fountain’s water. You pause to send your gentle breath across the petals of a lovely pink rose. The petals of the rose spiral open and reveal their beautiful heart, open and receptive revealing its inner beauty. You reflect on the splendor of this symbol of love. You are a breath of fresh air and revitalizing love!
You hear the faintest of hums and open your eyes to see a brilliant-green hummingbird sipping the fountains’ water. The hummingbird represents the joyful heart that is magical and light. Without an open and loving heart, you can never taste the sweet nectar of beauty and pure bliss of life. Hummingbird disdains ugliness or harshness, quickly flying away from disharmony. Like the hummingbird, we do not need to settle and create limitations for ourselves but release that which no longer serves us to make better choices and seek the magic in life.
It delights your soul to see this fragile bird freely flitting about the garden taking in all its beauty and magic humming to the celestial music, and the garden’s harmonious vibration of love. You hum along with the hummingbird and feel the vibration in your heart rise up into your throat – bringing healing and joy bubbling up. This Rose Garden of Love is a beautiful healing place for the soul where you can work with the energies of the Higher Heart chakra, where higher love strengthens your personal truth and heart’s desires.
