Connect your Heart Light to Heaven & Earth
The Winter Solstice this year is Dec. 21st. The Winter Solstice is the day of least daylight and in the northern hemisphere, is the start of the winter season. December is celebrated with many spiritual holidays, three of which are Christmas, Hanukkah, and Yule, that celebrate the coming of Light, and Enlightenment. It is a time when Light dispels darkness, bringing hope, guidance, and enlightenment.
We are living in a time of great change and transformation and it can feel very dark and chaotic – it feels like the winter blues already! It’s a perfect time to remember the Light that is coming onto the Earth, and the Light within us, that dispels the darkness with hope and guidance.
Earth is receiving a huge download of higher frequencies that are shifting us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually to move into our higher potential. It is important to consciously absorb this higher divine light to assist us. But also, this Light is activating an already existing Light within us – the Divine Spark. We carry a piece of divine Source energy within us. This Divine Spark is the Light that personally guides us.
The Winter Solstice is a perfect time to consciously expand this inner Light – our inner star – and let its radiance encompass us in its intelligence and nurturing energy. It will center, comfort, and guide you during this time of massive changes. Much is falling apart that cannot exist in the higher frequencies. It is depressing and feels like the end of the world – but remember, that with enthusiasm and innovation, we can create a much better world – the New Earth in fact, that can reflect the higher ideals of the Golden Age to come – the Aquarian Age. It is a time to hold a positive vision, to rise above the chaos and despair, and focus only on the higher ideals. These will be the solutions to our current woes.
By expanding your inner Light – you will also feel a greater confidence in your gifts, and inner wisdom. Your Divine Spark is your inner guiding star and its Light will empower you as you serve as a beacon to others lost in the darkness. Activate your Divine Spark with your focus and allow this light to expand in your heart. I call this your Heart Light, and it is your personal healing, protection, and clearing ray. As it expands to encompass our physical body, and our Light Body (aura) we can then merge with our higher potential and our Higher Self. We can live at our highest level.
For this Winter Solstice, it is important to take the power of our heart within our Heart Light, and take action with it by joining forces with two powerful sources – the heart of our Mother Earth – Gaia, and the Cosmic Heart – Adonis. Adonis is the Cosmic Heart of the galaxy that embodies the heart focus of the universe. By connecting to the heart of heaven and earth, we create a heart network. When others do the same, we have a powerful heart network indeed!!! Imagine the power of heart wisdom and healing within such a network. This is the power of the Light that is the reason for all the celebration of Light during the Winter Solstice and all the holidays of faith during the month of December.
I am providing a visualization for us to connect our heart to Gaia’s heart and the Cosmic Heart with the use of a brand new divine ray that came to me on the Spring Equinox, from Archangel Haniel – The Pink-Peach-Diamond Ray of Cosmic Love. It is a ray of the Christ Consciousness.

In this way you receive an expanded sense of love, joy, and support, from many beings of Light. You then can mirror this greater love through your actions and beliefs in your life. Feel the boundless joy of giving and receiving Divine Love. Let it uplift you into higher frequencies.
This is a ray of Christ Consciousness which is the state of self-realization of the divine within and unity with the Creator/Divine. You have awareness of your Higher Self and your divine life plan. You radiate the qualities of Jesus Christ – of love, devotion, compassion, courage to live one’s truth and forgiveness and mercy.
Pink-Peach-Diamond Ray Visualization:
You walk into a circular rose garden profuse with pink and peach roses. In the center of the garden is a raised round platform with a man in a white robe sitting in peace. He has shoulder length brunette hair and beard, and kind eyes. He opens his eyes and introduces himself as Maitreya – Lord of Love – the Cosmic Christ. He gestures for you to sit beside him in the garden. He allows you time to sit and relax and move into stillness by quieting your mind and emotions. Now bring your focus to your heart and visualize the divine spark within you. Imagine this spark becomes more brilliant and you see the beautiful color of your Heart Light. Expand this Heart Light, like blowing a bubble, to grow until you are encompassed in a bubble of your Heart Light. Sit in its shimmering beauty for a moment and feel the qualities of your Heart Light.
Maitreya sees that you are ready to receive the Pink-Peach-Diamond Ray now. He brings this beautiful sparkling loving Ray into your Crown chakra and it infuses your entire body and bubble. The ray feels like an expansion of his aura and radiates the compassionate qualities of Jesus Christ – who he mentored during Christ’s mission on Earth. You feel warmth and nurturing love, devotion to goodness, compassion, and the courage to live one’s truth and reflect on one’s own divine qualities. Your heart generously opens to project forgiveness and mercy. This ray is the radiance of the cosmic heart shining down to illuminate the gifts of your own heart.
