Several months ago, my Guides brought to my attention that there is a particular nature spirit that works with each of the 27 divine rays. I have also been doing a meditation of late that I have found very powerful in providing great information – I call it the 7 Rays – 7 Bridges Meditation. Part of this meditation I received from a mentor of mine, and the other part was provided by Mary Magdalene. I pull cards from my Divine Rays card deck for each bridge, and then look up the corresponding nature spirit. If you have my Divine Rays deck, and Spirits of the Nature Kingdom card deck, you will have a valuable resource at hand for this meditation, and future exploration and connections with these decks. If you don’t have these decks yet, you can still receive a lot of information from the following meditation. I find this meditation simple, yet profound, and I gain information from the bridge experience, and the messages and experiences with the rays, guides, and nature spirits!
How to work with the 7 Rays – 7 Bridges meditation –
You begin the meditation by relaxing in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Quiet your mind and emotions and settle into stillness. Sit for several minutes just listening to you breathing and move into serenity.
Draw a card intuitively from my Divine Rays card deck for each of the seven bridges and set them aside. Then, visualize moving to the first bridge and open your senses to what is there for you, allowing yourself to gain an experience by spending time there. When you feel you have experienced the energy/messages/feelings at that bridge you can then turn over the card you pulled for that bridge – revealing a ray and usually a guide that works with that ray. Then, look up the corresponding nature spirit for that ray. Next, infuse yourself with that ray. Then ask for any messages from the guides, and then any messages from the corresponding nature spirit. You can look them up in the card deck books for lots of information and affirmations. I also try to see if that nature spirit lives nearby, so that I can associate with them in my environment. I always journal my meditations and I recommend it -as some of the information may make more sense later, and is usually built upon by subsequent meditations.
